Marin Barça FC is an invite-only select travel team created by CyBears Tribe Institute, designed for 2014-born players ready to take the next step in their development.
Inspired by Spanish academy football and South American creativity, the program brings together Marin County’s most promising young players in a high-performance, complementary environment that respects and enhances each player’s local club journey.
This is not a replacement.
This is an upgrade.
Meet Coach Fabián López
Colombian Roots. Spanish Method. Creative Football.
Coach Fabián López is a Colombian-born coach and sports director with deep experience in elite youth development, shaped by Spanish and CONMEBOL football cultures.
His work blends methodologies inspired by Valencia CF and the Menotti philosophy, combined with custom-built pedagogical tools developed through years of coaching, program design, and international collaboration.
Now based in Marin County, Coach Fabián leads Marin Barça FC with one clear mission:
develop intelligent, creative, and autonomous players prepared for long-term success.
